With all due respect, with all this data collection, how are you going to
be sure that Americans living abroad, are not targeted for fraud, identity
theft or life threatening security risks? Why are you all so eager to be
Compliant with a US Law you all know, is over the top in terms in its
unilateral cram down application around the world. It is frightening to
think about. Stop and consider for a moment the role you are playing in an
